Alexa Barkley is a trauma-informed advocate, non-profit leader, and national speaker specializing in survivor-centered advocacy, systems reform, and ethical integration of technology in victim services.
As lead advocate with End Violence Everywhere and co-founder of Survivor Safety Matters, Alexa uses her own experience as a survivor to support survivors of gender-based and intimate partner violence, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, engaging in advocacy and delivering practical support.
Frequently consulted by national media and federal institutions on survivor safety, sexual violence, and justice-system reform, Alexa’s experience combines professional credentials with lived-experience-informed leadership to advance safer, more responsive systems for victims and survivors.
